    Great lamb mince - very lean. I would like to be able to buy 4oz burgers as a matter of preference. I love the chilli burgers and beef burgers that are sold. Gammon joint was lovely.

    Quality Lamb Steak is so hard to find! For me neck steak is too fatty & the meat too sparse. Leg steak is too tough! This Lamb Steak satisfies me completely! Cooks easily & well. Rested for as long as it cooks …
