The company ships standard delivery items by the best available package delivery service when your order is filled. Standard shipping and handling for orders up to $15 is $4.95, rising in increments up to $49.95 for an order totaling $500. Orders over $500 ship for 10 percent of the purchase price, rounded to the nearest $100. Rush shipment is available, and prices are shown at checkout if you wish to upgrade. You can have your order shipped to the nearest Kirkland’s store for pickup at no charge.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days are only eligible for a gift card. The company reserves the right to refuse a return after more than 90 days.
