For prescription eyeglass returns, the company will issue a credit for 50 percent of the cost of your lenses along with the cost of your frames. Contact lenses can be returned for a refund of their purchase price, minus a 10 percent restocking fee. Customers must pay the cost of return shipping in order to take advantage of any refund offer.
