When will I receive my order from Chemist Click?
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via your chosen delivery option. Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed before 10am on Saturday will be dispatched on the same day, and orders placed after 10am on Saturday and all orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning. Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot take responsibility for any late or failed deliveries on behalf of our delivery partners.
What brand of medication will I receive from Chemist Click?
Where you have selected a branded product, you will receive that specific brand. For generic products, the wholesalers may send us medication from different manufacturers, depending on what is available on the market at that particular point in time. How do I make a complaint to Chemist Click?
