Though if you take the time to sign up for their newsletter, you will be informed of any promotions that they may have throughout the year. All of their orders will be shipped via UPS and if you place an order above $200, free shipping will be added. Orders under $200 will cost $15 to ship.

If you are interested in returning an item that you aren’t satisfied with, you can contact their customer service department or begin the return process through your Acne Studios account online. Every order that is returned to the company’s warehouse must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All customers have 14 days to return their order from the date of receipt. They have a free return service and you will be compensated if any items are lost on the way to their warehouse. All regular returned orders will receive a 100% refund including the cost for shipping. This does not apply to Express shipping or any other shipping method aside from Standard.
