Fast delivery, very easy to setup - its almost as if it came already assembled, few minutes and you are ready to sit.
The design is great and the chair is high quality and made of durable materials unlike other chairs from other brands where the plastics start falling off after few uses, this chair is standing the test of time after been using it for a month now. It's a great gaming chair and can also be used as an executive chair with its exceptional lumbar support and height adjustability.

The screw holes are its downfall, took ages to assemble because they didn't line up well (and the holes had rust or something in them, which dulled the screws as you forced them in). You'll have to use a fair bit of force to get the arms close enough for the screws to reach, so get your boyfriend or dad to help, lol.
comfort-wise - its fine, i've put a pillow down on it to level out the strange in-between-leg pillow, no lumbar support though. arm rests - best part I think, perfect height and comfy.
ergonomics - not so great if you are 6ft - the head-rest gives nice support to my shoulder blades when leaning back which will probably help my posture actually. You have to slouch in it in order to rest your head against the back (so getting a neck pillow for this would be pointless) you'd literally have to be 5ft tall to use a neck pillow with this, so im not sure what the holes in the back are there for, maybe a design thing.
Base of it where the wheels go is really solid, no way in hell would they snap, feet seem strong, easily replaceable if anything goes wrong. Stitching is single thread (we will see how long it lasts) but looks like its threaded twice (5mm apart) for each bit of fabric, so it should be plenty strong.
Would I pay £100 for this again? I don't know, I think gaming chairs (in general) are kinda over-priced, if it was 89.99 id call it a bargain and recommend it to friends (even if its only £10.01 cheaper, they'd sell more - competing with the amazon-recommended £80 ones). My mate owns one of those amazon-recommended £80 ones and this one feels and looks way better, also less plastic-y, so for £20 more, i'd say its worth it personally.
Conclusion - its got ergonomic flaws (chair back height could be a couple of inches longer), assembly was a bit of a pain in the arse, but overall I'm pleased with it, and i'd rather pay £20 more to a British company than save a few quid on Chinese junk. So yeah, I say get it.
Got this at a bargain price, £49 description was used but like new, it arrived in original box with all parts wrapped in original packaging with bolts and wheels unused . Can't fault anything as over a year later it's still going strong , and my daughter ( 13) uses it every day
One first look the chair is well built and looks the part however it is very small and uncomfortable. The sizes on the description do not mention the headrest . The headrest makes the chair very uncomfortable as it sticks out quite a bit and digs into sholderblades. It would probably be OK for a child under 5ft . The seating part of the chair is also not very comfortable. I found the sellers communication to be rude and unhelpful. They kept referring to there refund policy which doesn't alow a return for full fecund once the chair is built, and given my issues with the chair which I could not have been predicted before I assembled it, I found having to pay to return plus a £25 restocking fee was not adequate for a return of a unused item . thanks to amazon's a-z I eventually managed to find a resolution.
